WillQ4u Ltd (trading as WQ Associates) specialise in outdoor clerking services to Immigration Law Firms (Legal 500), Immigration Service Providers (OISC) and HR professionals.

Our Services include the filing of applications with the Public Enquiry Office (PEO) at the Border & Immigration Agency office in Croydon using the FAST TRACK, same day processing.

SERVICE OVERVIEW:

WQ Associates' service is focused on keeping our clients continually informed on the progress of their applications and we also inform our clients of any relevant procedural changes that we encounter.

  • On collection of your Home Office cases, we verify and checklist the supporting documentation listed on each case's covering letter and check that the respective form has been signed by the relevant parties prior to leaving your site (facilities permitting);  
  • We use our best endeavour to ensure that your applications are among the first to be lodged at the Home Office each morning thereby avoiding delays and thus enabling us to return your processed applications back to site that same day;
  • All of our agents operate with email equipped mobile devices. We send individual emails notifying you when each case has been submitted, retrieved and returned to site, thereby allowing you to keep your clients updated throughout the process;
  • Prior to leaving the PEO, we check the endorsed vignettes for the correct spelling of the name, the correct date of birth, sex , nationality and leave period issued – any errors are reported to the Home Office's case worker for their immediate correction;
  • We ensure that the listed supporting documentation is returned to us
  • Where possible, we carry out 2 client site home runs each day, one at mid afternoon for the majority of cases that have been processed that morning and the second, on completion of the remaining applications (subject to the PEO's processing procedures);
  • We email the respective case owners when their cases have been returned to site.


To assist our clients even further, we also offer additional services which include:

  • Payment (short term advancement) of the Home Office's Fast Track processing fee to save you the trouble of having to raise last minute banker's drafts; 
  • The pick up and delivery of your applications on the same day and out of normal working hours, giving you the flexibility of being able to lodge urgent, last minute applications;
  • Personally hand delivering your urgent cases to residential homes or your client's site within inner London – we can email you a black and white picture of the applicant's vignette for your verification prior to us delivering the case to site or to the applicant;
  • We also offer online tracking so that progress reports can be accessed from anywhere at any time. 

WQ Associates provide a ‘Distance Service' for organisations outside of London using secure mail or couriers. The turn around time using our Distance Service can be as little as 72 hours.
